Abstract

Chidamlilik shunday fazilatki, u qiyinchilik bilan tarbiyalanadi, yo’qotish esa oson. Chidamlilikni tarbiyalayotgan organizmda o’tayotgan bir necha jarayonni ajratish mumkin: Chidamlilik jismoniy harakat sifati bo’lib, odam organizmining uzoq vaqt davomida mushaklar ishini faol bajarilishida toliqishni yengish qobiliyatidir. Chidamlilik sifati ikki xil bo’ladi, umumiy va maxsus. Umumiy chidamliliik - organizmning uzoq vaqt davomida har qanday mushaklarning ish bajarganida charchoqni yengish qobiliyatiga aytiladi. Maxsus chidamlilik - jismoniy mashqlar yoki sport turlarining biriga xos bo’lgan mushaklar ishi uzoq vaqt davomida bajarilganda charchoqni yengish bilan belgilanadi.
