Abstract

This article examines the issue of improving the effectiveness of student sports training through the implementation of digital pedagogical monitoring. The study’s relevance stems from the need to refine the traditional system for assessing students' physical and athletic fitness by leveraging the capabilities of modern digital technologies. Digital pedagogical monitoring is viewed as a comprehensive system for collecting, processing, storing, and interpreting data regarding changes in physical fitness, training loads, and the performance outcomes of students' motor activities
