Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of an educational program based on the Feuerstein model on learning the foil lunging skill in fencing among female students. The researcher hypothesized that there would be statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results within the experimental group concerning skill-based variables related to fencing. The experimental method was chosen as it suits the nature of the study. The study was conducted with female students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Kirkuk, during the 2023/2024 academic year. A total of 96 students participated, divided into three classes, with Class C purposefully selected to represent the experimental group.
