ADMINISTRATIVE COMPETENCIES AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH ETHICAL PRACTICES AMONG ACADEMIC STAFF IN COLLEGES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS SCIENCES AT SELECTED IRAQI UNIVERSITIES

This study aimed to investigate the administrative competencies of academic staff in Colleges of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at selected Iraqi universities, examine the nature of their ethical practices, and explore the relationship between administrative competencies and ethical practices among these Academic staff. The researcher adopted the descriptive method due to its appropriateness for the nature of the research. The primary research sample consisted of 119 Academic staff from various Colleges of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The study concluded that college administrations work to overcome administrative and technical obstacles faced by academic staff according to the available resources. It was also found that Academic staff at the colleges under study possess the ability to effectively use necessary software, devices, and tools relevant to their work.
